The word Reiki means "divinely guided life force" in Japanese. It is a gift of relaxation that promotes peace and healing. In this stressful time, Reiki can help us to move through the day with grace. Receiving the gift of Reiki is truly life changing in the best sense!
In this class you will be attuned to this beautiful, gentle and powerful energy. You will learn to use Reiki to enhance your current spiritual/mindfulness practices, self-heal and send to others remotely.

-The nature of Reiki energy
- The Reiki Ideals
- How to give Reiki to yourself and others
- This history of Usui Reiki and the development of Holy Fire Reiki
-The hand position system developed by Mrs. Takata
-Gassho meditation
-Byosen scanning
-Reiji-Ho- Using intuition to guide you in a treatment
-Kenyoku- Using dry bathing to cleanse your energy field
-Reiki 2 symbols- How to draw, activate and use them.
-Sending Reiki at a distance
And so much more!

Students will receive the excellent training manual written by WIlliam Rand and ongoing support in your Reiki practice from Margo. There will be plenty of time in class to practice with each other and to ask questions.

 

Total cost $400 includes two day class, manual and certificate. You will be qualified to practice Reiki.
